Well, once again, DVD Talk has cost/saved me some money. (I was going to wait for my b-day, but this price was too sweet.)
Picked up two (one for me, one for my brother) of the last three at the Louisville, KY store on Shelbyville Road.

Two funny things happened at my CC in Las Vegas. First 2 teenagers were ahead of me in line and the older one was berating his brother for buying Smallville. Then he noticed what I had in my hand and said, "see, he has good taste, he's getting The Office!"
Then when my turn came up (and it did ring up at $17.99), the cashier said, "The regular price on this is 29.99, I don't know why we didn't advertise it at the sale price!"

I'd just like to say that this is such an awesome set, the deleted scenes are awesome so far. I've watched the first three episodes so far, once again, and it seems even funnier now on DVD than it did when I first watched them on TV. Sexual Harassment is television perfection. The wait for season 3 hurts.
I ordered a Dwigt bobblehead a week or two ago, but it isn't shipping until the first part of Oct. I hear that they are selling far more of them than they ever expected to.

Really, a lot of these deleted scenes convince me that The Office could just as easily work as a full hour show.
Also, props to the OP. I also got in the CC deal after seeing this thread. I was planning to just pick it up at Target because I was going to be shopping there tonight anyway. Thankfully, I checked the Bargain forum first.

"Great idea Dwight..."

I saw this thread yesterday at work before it had any replies and checked throughout the day to make sure it hadn't died before I could leave and go pick one up. Grabbed one in Melbourne, FL yesterday after work. Thanks op!

Should be plenty of those.

Maybe they had more in the back, but who knows. If anyone wants this, they should go today.

Can anyone still verify that SEASON 2 of THE OFFICE is still indeed 17.99 at CC? I looked online and it doesn't come up as this price. Also the season of Firefly doesn't come up as 18.00 bucks either? Is this one of those (you have to go to the store) things to know it's on sale?

As of 10:30am Wednesday morning, the CC in Natick, MA had a stack of S2 DVD's, clearly labelled as $17.99. It rang up as $39.99, but when I showed the guy the price tag from the display rack, he changed it without an issue.
