Not surprisingly, it looks like I'm the only one who truly got screwed out of this. I just got back from the CC in San Jose and they were sold out. I asked the cashier if she'd been selling them at $17.99. She said that she was selling them at $29.99. I certainly wouldn't doubt that she was lying to me and/or didn't know what the hell she was talking about. Congrats to everybody who got the great deal. I ended up having to go across the street and pick it up from Best Buy.

Ditto. I was there today and the new Barenaked Ladies CD rang up for 2 dollars cheaper than in the ad, and I was thinking about this post and how frustrating it is that I went with DDD for this one.
