The last Passport book was mailed to us but I also saw copies in the store.

Maybe they only mail to the higher-priced memberships? We have the $100 one. How about you?

# 118465 - discounted from 64.99 to 44.99
# 118466 - discounted from 59.99 to 39.99
# 118467 - discounted from 42.99 to 22.99

I went on costco's website but didn't find any information other than "Rome" has a different item number and is $68.99, so I don't know if it will be included on the sale...
Rome was at my Costco today for $62.89, I think it was, so it still seems open whether or not this will be part of the coupon. Didn't get the item number on it, though.

I highly doubt that Rome will be part of this promotion since it's a new release. I remember when they had a $10 off promotion on Pretender Season sets. Season 3 had just been released and it was not part of the sale.

Okay here's my question, I want to get a few of these sets. Will this coupon be good for $20.00 off your entire DVD purchase or $20.00 off each HBO DVD set ? thanks

^ $20 off each set. What is in question is which sets will be included in the sale.

It should deduct $20 from each set.

Starts on a monday? Bummer. I was hoping it was this week cause I want ROME ASAP. Anyone been to Costco yet to see the price of Rome?

Also, if I DONT get the coupon, all I have to do is tell them that the coupon exists during checkout and theyll find/scan one for me?

You should check the DVD Exchange forum in a few days. If the $20 Suncoast deal goes through, then I would wager that some members will be selling it off in the Exchange forum.

The cashier usually has the sheet of coupons at the register. Just ask them and they should scan the coupon for you.

If BOB has the same item number as that which is on the coupon, then yes it can. I haven't been to Costco yet to check, but I would assume that BOB will be included in the sale.

I was just there, and didn't get a coupon, even though I asked if they had any to give away yet. Nope, just the tire special coupons. They did, however, have a bunch of the HBO sets out in the DVD section. The titles mentioned in the coupon were there - and nothing else - all bundled with an HBO bonus promo disc. The packaging is very obvious, with the bonus disc next to the box set, with a cardboard hollow block under it to even up the size. Based on this special packaging, I would assume that ONLY these specially packaged HBO sets are included in this deal. So no "Curb Your Enthusiasm" or "Rome" (which they did have, apart from this display section). No "Band of Brothers", either.

From memory, I saw the first five seasons of "Sopranos", 1-3 priced at $42+, 4 & 5 at $64+. Deadwood S1 was $59+, the subsequent ones may've been $64. Can't remember more.

^ If that is the case, I'm in for The Sopranos S1-3 and some Six Feet Under (depending on the price).

I'll probably get Deadwood, but I'm holding off on Six Feet Under as I'd like to get the complete series in that grave packaging.

Austin, TX (Research location)

Here's what I noticed:

$44.99 (#118465)
Carnivale s2
Deadwood s2
Six Feet Under s? (I didn't pay much attention to these, but I recall s1 being this price, so I imagine all season are this price.)
Sopranos, The s4, s5
Wire, The s? (I didn't look)

$39.99 (#118466)
I didn't notice anything with this item number.

$22.99 (#118467)
Sopranos s1, s2, s3

Both Carnivale seasons are a part of this as well ($44.99), but there were very few at the Pentagon location today (picked up Simpsons S8 for $21.38). I'm hoping Rome will be a part of this, but I'll be picking up Carnivale S2 for sure (if they have any left).

Can't we assume it will be just like last year's coupon:2005 $20 off HBO Costco

In which case, Band of Brothers would be included.
