Order # - Ship Date - Received (Receive Date Range)
1 - 6/09 - 6/19 (6/18-6/23)
2 - 6/13 - 6/24 (6/22-6/27)
3 - 6/16 - NR (6/25-6/30)

5 - 6/17 - NR (6/26-7/01)

One floater but any minor scratches were on the standard version data side... Thankfully, widescreen side had none at all

Mind, this isn't a grammar forum so the correction may have been unwarranted, but it was certainly not wrong.

Waiting on the 1080 Oskar shelving unit. Ordered it on 6/8/06 and was supposed to ship on 6/18/06. This happens every sale with this item but it's still annoying. Now i'm holding out hope that it will show up before the 4th of july.

Other than the time until orders ship, actual delivery times are out of DDD control. USPS Media Mail can take anywhere up to 21 business days so until that point there is nothing to be concerned about. Media Mail is typically between 4-14 business days though but there are no guarantees.
the kicker? I was HOME when we got the mail, and received a package for my roommate, of DDD stuff. So they obviously either forgot about mine until later, or left it OUTSIDE the building, or gave it to the wrong apt. The person who received it must have opened it and then instead of being polite and bringing them to me... LEFT them right outside the building. They could have been taken by ANYONE. I found them at 10PM when I went out for a snack. Medium:season 1 and Dead zone: season 4 are all dented up. RIDICULOUS. Anyone else have such a bizarre situation happen to them? Should I take this up with my post office?

I guess I could have reported him to the post office since messing with the mail is a federal crime, but I think if they deliver mail to your house you can pretty much do with it as you want, you really don't have a duty to correct the post office's mistakes and deliver mail correctly. It was only a couple of DVDs for me and I got them in good (but not new) condition so I didn't put up a fight.

So far, 10 days and counting since my first order shipped ... and as I previously mentioned, I only live about 40 minutes (25 miles) from DDD in Illinois.
This is also the reason why I think that tracking information is so valuable these days. I would gladly pay an extra 60 cents for Delivery confirmation, especially if the online store is covering the rest of the shipping charges.

I probably would have confronted someone if the same was done to a larger order, or something cool like my ape head or unsolved mysteries box.

I'm sorry, but I can't help but to laugh at that. It's just so freakin' absurd and unbelievable. It's like something you'd see in an outlandish comedy flick.
I doubt that I would have been as understanding and forgiving as you.

its clear the asshole who opened them knew they were someone elses and then he has the nerve to ask if he minds? he should have said "i thought i got an order from my wife and opened it up but later realized these werent ours at all! very sorry and ill pay you for them" sure its a bs reply but its the honest thing to do at that point.
