No, I didn't mean "did you register the card in store or online?" I meant "have you completed the necessary additional step of registering online?" At least I think it's necessary.

It is for the coupons and so on.

And I used line item coupons and a PSD today, so they do still work.

i also added some sales from purchases a few weeks back...so find those reciepts.

I registered on 2/24/06. Requested credit for purchases on 2/23 and 2/16 which were approved; purchase from 2/2 was denied. Cameron, how far back did your requests go and how long have you been registered?

only registered last week...my cut off was about the same, first week in Feb. I eat food there often.

I used a ton of GC's In January...so it kind of sucks.

I just registered today and later tried to request credit on two purchases made last month. One on 2/18 worked fine, the other from 2/24 says not reckognized! Can I bring the receipt to the store to get credit?

No it doesn't and yes you can.

The stores have no way to add them. You can call customer support at 1-800-443-7359 and try to sort it out though
