Maybe that's it. I almost always get the coupons. I don't have a BB credit card. I do have a reward zones card, which I've had for about 3 years, and which I've never had to pay for (I got the first one free, and they always give me a free renewal). I do sometimes buy at bb.com, when the deal is good enough (black friday the last two years) to make up for shipping (or when shipping is free).
