I emailed ADV and have gotten no reply yet........but they are known for having terrible customer service. During their last big sale I read threads about lots of unhappy customers because of their service.

Why is the Batman vs. Dracula set with the action figure down as a preorder due out at the end of the month? Its been release for almost a month. I also noticed a couple of people ordered preorders...I hope they know they don't get the discount for them.

Tolen, that is very odd about the Batman vs Dracula set with the figurines. They do indeed have a different release date then the dvd alone had. The Batman vs Dracula DVD without the figurines has been out for a while now but I'm holding out till Nov 22nd because I want the figurines.
Perhaps its a desperate attempt to get a fast double dip for collectors who dont know that it will come with figurines Nov 22nd.

I always like to go thru what everyone's list of what they purchased to make sure that I didn't forget anything.
I already made one order and plan on make a much bigger order this Tuesday.
I've been shopping with DDD since thier inception and never had a problem. I would recomend thier other site. www.deepdiscountcd.com for you cd purchases.

My order must be sitting right next to yours!
I ordered 33 items (most were boxed sets) on 11/10. 4 are on backorder, all the rest are marked IN PROCESSING. I did get an order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation yet. This happened to me during their last sale. It seems that large orders of a certain # of items gets pulled to the side for special handling. My credit card has already been charged, so it's not a payment problem.
I guess they don't have a box large enough for all the items? My guess is that it will not ship until Tuesday or Wednesday....
Last time it took DDD 4 to 5 days to get it shipped and then another 6 days for UPS delivery. If the time frames are similar this time, then we might get it before turkey day!!!
