They had plenty left at 6:30 this morning, and its a 24-hour Wal-Mart.

Nebraska Furniture Mart.
Apparently that store's DVD prices are the one good thing about having to live in Omaha, Kansas City (Kansas) or Des Moines.

Got the widescreen plus bonus disc (and the clone three-pack) at Wal-Mart last night at midnight. It's a supercenter and they had TONS of everything. I think me and some old lady were the only two paying customers in the store... FYI it was 19.96.

The receipt would read:
Star Wars, Episode II - $9.99 (-$5.00 promotion) = $4.99
Target $5 Gift Card - $5.00
TOTAL = $9.99
So if you try to return the DVD and get a refund for $9.99 (or whatever the listed cost is), you'll actually end up getting $5 less than that (because that $5 went towards the gift card).

At 9:30 this morning, I picked up my DVD + Bonus DVD at Walmart for $19.96. Glad I went there when I did. There were only 5 copies of the bonus DVD version left.

I too paid $19.96 at Wal-Mart for the bonus disc. The store only had 5 widescreen copies with the bonus disc at 9:00 in the morning. For Batman Begins they only received 3 copies with the bonus disc.

I got the widescreen EpIII with Bonus Disc at my local Wal-Mart Supercenter and it was the higher $19.96 price. I also went to Target and bought the Episode 1 DVD and got the $5 gift card (I only had the VHS of Ep1 thus far, so I needed to get it anyway.)
The Target receipt clearly says: "Special Promotion. Star Wars $14.99, Same Item Only If Open Refund Value: $9.99, Gift Card: 5.00 package Subtotal $19.99 -$5.00 Giftcard Free, Package Total $14.99. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED FOR FULL REFUND."
So there's your answer if you plan to buy an episode for the gift card and then return it for full price, you won't be able to.

$14.84 for Ep III (which I bought)
$19.96 for Ep III with the alleged "bonus" disc.
Eps I and II on special for $8.84 (most FS, some WS available.) I got Ep II since it was the only one I needed.
Interesting, my total cost for the complete Star Wars Saga, I-VI, is $63.67, or $10.61 per movie. I got Ep I free on a Kelloggs promotion, and the trilogy for $39.99 at WalMart.

$15.99 with the coin at target. Didn't want the bonus disc for $5 and wasn't joining reward zone to get the litograph as I don't spend enough yearly at best buy to offset the membership cost.
