If anyone is interested in price matching, Amazon has Day of the Dead for $9.98

Suspiria 3-disc and Opera 2-disc for 7.19 a piece are phenomenal deals for those interested. I'll be picking up Dead Next Door and will consider the Dead of Night/Queen of Spades double-feature (it's always relatively expensive)

I'm confused about a couple of these:

-I thought that the Suspiria 3-disc was long out of print. Are we sure this isn't just an error on their site? Did anyone here get an email with it saying anything other than backordered?

-Then we have Opera, and it has me worried also. There are two listings for this flick. Both of them have the picture of the Limited Edition. One of them is called just Opera, which is the one for $7.xx, and then there is one that is actually Opera Limited Edition in the title, and that one is $17.00.

The one in this sale doesn't list the CD as being included, so I guess the picture is just wrong.

I have a feeling that everyone (including me) who orders Susperia (3-disc) will be disappointed when we receive the single disc version instead.

Suspiria 3 disc edition is not OOP. Amazon still carries it. DDD also has posted the correct picture..if you get the single disc edition, off it goes back to DDD on their charge.

No, it's not OOP, but DDD sells the single-disc edition for $8.99. Most of the Anchor Bay titles on sale have been reduced by 20% off the regular price. $8.99 - 20% = $7.19.

At $7, it is not worth paying for shipping and sending it back to them.

Hence "on their charge."

I already have the Suspiria LE (paid 20 for it a couple years ago), but I did pick up Opera. If it ends up not being the LE, no biggie. I just want the movie.

I emailed them about Opera and they stated only the one that states Limited Edition is the LE. Didn't say anything about changing the cover art for the non-LE though and it has been 12+ hours and they haven't so perhaps they won't.

I ordered:

Walking Dead Fright Pack
Evil Dead 2 BotD
Hellraiser
Opera
Deep Red

Total - $59.95

Counting the fright pack as six, that's less than $6 per DVD.

To the OP, my DVD collection and I say thanks, but my wallet says fuck you.

Of course, I already bought all of these titles for substantially more money.

Does anyone have one of the Anchor Bay Fright Packs?

What is the packaging like? Is it just the 6 regular dvds inside that outer box? So are there 6 keepcases inside?

Thanks for any info.

I got most of those Argento's at Overstock last week, as many of his are $6.99 there, except the 3-disc Suspiria (that was $19.95).

I picked up Fright Pack: Walking Dead and Maniac.
