Horrible prices all the way around

The lack of real sale prices has forced me to begin buying used DVDs.

Still appreciate the early prices though!

Looks like just Sealab 2021 (S3), I am a RZ member so thats 19.99, plus I have a $5 coupon, so it should be $15, which is not bad. I am also tempted for Tales of the Crypt, but I will decide on that when I see the set in person.

FYI, I'm pretty sure season sets are on the way this fall. As cheap as this set is, you may want to just hold off on it.

Picked up He-Man from DVDPacific for $13.14 shipped - got confirmation today, so hopefully it'll work out without problems (never ordered from there before).

There's a few dvds I want this week, but the one sure purchase for me is The Tales from the Crypt first season set. I'm an RZ member, so it's $20 - $10 GC (that I have right now). $10 + tax, out the door, seems good to me.

Not listed in the ad, but don't forget about Max Dugan Returns! I ordered at DDD for $8.99.

Most places have it advertised at full-sticker ($49.99), although CC gives 2 free coke products, and BB gives the 2 coke products plus a couple other bonuses (free madden preorder (instead of $5 deposit), access to EA's Fantasy Football). If you want the best price, but don't need the game on launch day, preorder from DVDPlanet for $34.97 (free shipping): http://www.dvdplanet.com/product_lis...rmat=VIDEOGAME

Most of this information was compiled from various posts and threads at CAG ( www.cheapassgamer.com ).

I know they are. But the documentaries on the Best of release are the first two parts of the documentary series that they created for these, which will be continued (but not repeated) on the season sets. The art cards in this set will also be exclusive to this specific release. Not only that, but this was my favorite cartoon and toy of my childhood. I haven't seen them in forever and won't want to wait another second.

Fye.com has it for $27.99 before a $10 mail-in rebate. $20.99 isn't bad for a three disc set.

Yes. But at others have stated, if you have an FYW near you, you can ask them to print off a price sticker that you can use for the rebate, as I understand that the sticker has the UPC on it...
