Share the Love - Dead?

I've have placed two orders with Amazon in the last 24 hours. Both were based off STL offers I had already received, and in neither case did the STL send function appear on the screen right after the order was placed.

So, my question becomes, "Is Amazon phasing out or just down right ending the STL program?". Does anyone here have further informtion?

The Amazon site is doing all kinds of weird things for me tonight. When I went back to the home page while shopping, it decided to display half the text in another language (looked German or something). When I refreshed, it went back to English but with a banner to sell on Amazon's UK site which I'm not sure was supposed to be there. I am also getting random characters showing up on their home page, and inner product pages are formatted all funny, with a huge blank gap between the top Amazon logo and the rest of the page. Very strange behavior.

I'm having a different STL problem. I keep getting emails saying people sent me the discount yet when I log in to see what there, my list is empty.

I think they are making STL a work in progess to save a little money. For awhile I was getting 20/30 STL a day. Some would automatically show up on my discount package with no effort on my part. Some would have a link to "Click here to claim this list". When I would click on the link it would claim every list that I received before that STL e-mail. Then right before I stopped receiving any STL, I would have to click on each and every
"Click here to claim this list" to get it to show up on my discount page.

Hopefully, we will have STL back soon. I don't think it will be back until after Christmas. It will probably not profitable in saving for us when it does return.

Only if that's something new they just instituted this week. But Nearly every order I place at Amazon is with STL and then I immediately turn around and send love to others who have signed up for the same item(s) at www.dvdtalk.com/stl
