provided the product is accompanied with its original box, packaging, all

original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 14 days from product
receipt. 
CDs, DVDs, prerecorded videos, game software and computer related software will
only be refunded if returned in unopened, factory-sealed packaging.  Opened CDs,
DVDs, prerecorded videos, game software and computer-related software may only
be exchanged for the exact same item.  
Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of
the promotional package are returned.  Individual package components may be
exchanged if defective.
