The only reason that I found out about it in time was because I was checking the Bargain board to see how much Star Trek TOS was at Costco. I needed to know how much cash to get from the ATM and I was going to Costco during my lunch break.

I just got an email from CC that "The item(s) listed below that were on backorder has arrived and has been billed to your account." So they basically charged my card for this order.
Maybe they will honor after all. But then again, they can always come back and cancel the order and issue a refund.

Congrats to everyone who took advantage of this while they could. I saw this thread and didn't register what it meant by the thread title until it was too late. My own stupidity cost me a great deal!
But on the otherhand, a lot of what comes out Tuesday has already been shipped to me by DDD, because I pre-ordered them with the first coupon code mistake. So even though the savings is not as great, I can't really complain.

Bummer, I go on vacation and don't check until a few days after I get where I'm going. Now I check the boards (like I usually do a few times a day) and find that I missed perhaps the biggest SNAFU in dvdtalk history... ah well, congrats to everyone... maybe next time for me.

Just checked my email and my Alias Season 3 set has been processed and on its way. Glad that something good happened to me on this horrible day. I got rear ended by a teenage today and the damage looks to be about a $1000.
