It came in the mail with a bill, says only valid with a Bestbuy credit card or mastercard.

Tried to use the coupon.

Took 5 minutes for the cashier to realize that the coupon did not work properly.

Took 5 minutes to find a supervisor to make a manual adjustment.

Then they asked me to provide my name, address and phone number because of the price adjustment.

I refused. It is their store coupon and not a price match/adjustment. It is not my fault their coupon did not work.

Since I refused to give my personal information, they refused to sell me $150.00 in items.

I read you say ANY DVD purchase over $50.00. Will these work on their weekly sale DVD's or must they be full price?

I note it says not valid with any other "offers".

that 15% also mentions you have to use a Best Buy, Mastercard etc etc. on the purchase...am I reading that right?

Anyone know if the 15% off 4 Computer perphs will work on any computer accessory? What is the cheapest accessory to get? I need to find 1-2 things that are dirt cheap to bump my itmes to 4 so I can get 15% off. I was thinking of mouse pads, anything cheaper, and will this qualify for the coupon?

It works on their sale DVDs, but not on their "2 for" specials.

Last week I Bought STARSKY AND HUTCH, DRAMA QUEEN, PARTENT TRAP and ALONG CAME POLLY.

It took the 15% off the S&H DVD lowering it from it's sale price of $15.99 to $13.59 .

DRAMA QUEEN and THE PARENT TRAP were supposed to be $25 if bought together. The coupon reverted back to the regular everyday prices and deducted 15% from those (I had them do an adjustment in Customer Service)

ALONG CAME POLLY was on sale for $17.99 (instead of $19.99) but was supposed to be $14.99 for Reward Zone members. The store register took 15% off of the $17.99 sale price to make it $15.29 (I had them adjust this too).

So the coupon, when scanned will deduct 15% off of whatever price is int he computer for the week. If an entry has to be made by the register clerk for a special price (as in the case of the other DVDs I mentioned), the computer will take the markdown from the current selling price.
