I just wanted to say that while there are sites that are a little cheaper, digitaleyes customer service is the best on the internet and I have never had a bad experience with them (unlike a few of those cheaper sites) I won't buy dvds anywhere else online anymore.

Mark, any chance that you'll have Hitchcock's "Lifeboat" thats due out in October up for pre-order any time soon?

I checked on this and it is not in the Muze database yet. I requested them add it and it SHOULD appear in Monday's title update.

Thanks for the double point update. The bulk of my purchases occur whenever I am ready without regard to points, but I am planning to buy several larger sets as gifts for Christmas so I will be sure to have my money ready before that time. $150 sets will make for nice pointage. Oh, keep those used coupons coming. I have found myself buying a large percentage of my collection fom your used section lately. Lots of quality tradins at reasonable rates especially with the coupons.

Oh, and as mentioned above ... Digital Eyes rocks.

I'm extremely happy with your service except for one thing. All of the titles were either like new or BRAND NEW. The only problem is that one title wasn't included with my order (it's listed on the invoice and I was charged for it). The title is Freddy Vs. Jason (Used). I just got home so it's too late to call the toll free # so I figured that I'd post here first because I know that you're great with replying right away.
