Mine arrived on 9/11. A little odd seeing as how it was ordered about a year ago and it comes on september 11th.

The return address on the mailer is the Washington, DC headquarters of the Dept. of Labor. No other clues about where it was shipped from, but it could be anywhere in the US.

I received mine earlier this week. Very good presentation.

I also received my copy. I'm very pleased with the DVD.

I haven't received my copy. I'm very piseed with no DVD.

Same with me. I will give it one more week to get here. If I don't get it after that, I will order it again. If I still don't get the DVD after that, forget it.

Finally got mine in today's mail. Nice little Birthday Present to receive 3 days before my birthday.

Just watched it and ot is in Anamorphic Widescreen 1.78 or so aspect ratio.

Very good documentary. Runs 60 minutes.

Don't know if anybody else has noticed this, but during scenes showing events of 9/11 or anyother "Flashback" scenes that the image appears to be stretched, but the "Present" talking heads segments are correct.

This might have been a directors choice, but it is distracting to see people look slightly short and fatter looking.

Came in a gate-fold Full-Color Paper sleeve.

I finally received my Up From Zero DVD today. However I'm not sure if this was my original order from last year, or a new one I made about 3 weeks ago.

Has anyone made a custom dvd keep case cover for this? I searched but I came up with nothing. Please email me if you know of any or have made one yourself. Thanks

After more than a year I finally received mine yesterday!!!!

Finally got mine today. I had just about forgotten that I ordered this. Sweet.

I went and requested the DVD again a few weeks ago and got it today. I think I will try to make some kind of cover for it later this week.

Over a year and still nothing yet so I just filled out a new form.
