One of the first 20 or so comics that I bought...

Trimpe and Romita made a great team! It's a shame that their work together was relegated mainly to a handful of covers.

Here's one I never saw until recently. I love the perspective here, and the placement of the logo. Great cover by Ed Hannigan and Dick Giordano.

The first time I saw BWS's artwork, in X-Men 186 and X-Men 205, it was kind of shocking. It was like these comics were being drawn by a fine artist.

If you haven't already, check out his new graphic novel "Monsters", 15 years in the making - it's an incredible artistic achievement!

Thought I'd bump this just because. This cover keeps popping up as I search for older Superman-related comics, and I realized that I've always liked it for its DC Silver-Age pureness.
