Yeah, it's interesting, though the prices could be better - they've had sales where the books were less than the 50% offered here.
There hasn't been a Valiant bundle in a while now. Unsure if I should hold off for one or not.

So far the 'rewards' seem lukewarm (free digital first issues, Marvel Unlimited subscription time for crazy points) but if you're apt to be making purchases anyway it might eventually count for something.

Tells me I'm not illegible, not sure why.

For what it's worth the Dynamite sale was 'extended' through 8/5/16.

Suicide Squad sale. I haven't read any of it so I'm tempted to try that older series.

That Ostrander series is a lot of fun.

And you're right, I have no reason to sign up for Unlimited, unless they pay me to join.

Edit: Nevermind this...

Spoiler:

Update: Codes are single use

These look like universal codes that might be good for everyone:
Star Trek: Starfleet Academy #1 - SPOCK-NJRFG
Ghostbusters (2013) #1 - GHOST-UFDSH
Independence Day #1 - ID4-9GVRN
Use at www.comixology.com/redeem

These are compliments of Regal Club Card (a free movie rewards card through Regal cinema). If the codes don't work you might need to register and redeem for yourself through Regal Club.

I was making a double-negative joke, but I guess you were saying you weren't "illegible" anyway, not ineligible. ;)

And I just bought the early Suicide Squad volume. Sometimes I hate myself for falling for movie-tie-in promotions. :)

Bummer, here's some more information on getting a user specific code if interested...

Regal Club Card (a free movie theater loyalty program) is giving away some free #1 issues on Comixology. To obtain an individualized code, if it's worth it to enroll by first downloading the Regal Club app, then they can be found at the links below:

Ghostbusters (2013) #1 - https://regalcrownclub.regmovies.com...omic-book.html
Independence Day #1 - https://regalcrownclub.regmovies.com...omic-book.html
Star Trek: Starfleet Academy #1 - https://regalcrownclub.regmovies.com...omic-book.html

They are also giving away 2 digital movies:
Star Trek: Into Darkness (must use promo code TREKKIE) - https://regalcrownclub.regmovies.com...-hd-movie.html
The Bourne Ultimatum (currently 'sold out,' must use promo code BOURNEFREE) - https://regalcrownclub.regmovies.com...-hd-movie.html

I have no idea if this code still works, it's for a free digital copy of Uncanny X-Force #6:

marvel.com/redeem

TMM24XCNH93L

Claims to have expired in 2014 but Marvel wouldn't be that petty? If it still works, I could probably get more codes like this one for the denizens of DVDtalk.

There's a new freebie: https://www.comixology.com/Harley-Qu...l-comic/407679
It seems to be a re-release of the Harley Quinn and the Suicide Squad April Fool's Special.

Marvel is surprisingly strict on their digital codes expiring exactly one year from issue release; it's annoying.

Harley Quinn's greatest hits is on sale today only (according to Facebook) for 60% off:

A Nathan Edmondson sale from Image:

Has the Nova sale been mentioned?

Boondock Saints: In Nomine Patris #1, of a 6 issue mini series, is free with promo code BOONDOCKSA01
This is an 'old' general use promo code from Boondock Saints 2 blu-ray, but still works.

Dark Horse has a new Brian Wood sale -
https://www.comixology.com/comics-sa...d=12621&lang=1

Marvel freebies cycled again - Incredible Hulk 601, Ms Marvel 1, Nova 1, & Deadpool: The Guantlet. Also there's an IDW X-files: The Origin (?) issue.

Also a new Dynamite bundle, 48 books for $10.

Sweet, there's some good stuff in here.

So is there anything in the $15 tier that particularly stands out in that DH bundle? I know Mind MGMT is great, but I already own the entire series. I usually grab everything in these bundles, but at this point I have so much random unread material that it seems silly to add to the pile.

I'm a big fan of Adam Warren and his Empowered series. It starts out as, admittedly, an excuse to get the heroine in bondage scenes, but over the course of the series it turns into a great superhero epic with plenty of meta commentary. Not for everyone, but a fun series. If I dropped all my comics purchases that would be the one I kept picking up.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

I'm probably going to pass on both the Dynamite and Humble Bundles. I'm sure both have stuff I'd read, but not stuff I'd been thinking about getting so I feel like I should read my other stuff first.

I have been reading a fair amount from previous Dynamite bundles, which is actually making me think about trying Comixology Unlimited. The Image, Dynamite, and Archie content is stuff I would normally buy so it might make sense.

Milk & Cheese is pretty great. I've been meaning to buy that book for years, so I'm really pleased it's included.

A few new-to-me freebies:

Deadpool The Gauntlet
Nova #1
Hulk #601
Trespasser Epilogue (which looks like the epilogue to a four-issue series? might not be the best freebie. ;))

I noticed Arcana has free preview issues of most of their titles. Some look good, some not so much so. But free is free and you might find a gem.
