And the Comixology Match logo is right in the description, so you're fine. I'd wait a few days to complain if it doesn't sync, I still have sync purchases pending from the other day.

Let me know how the book is, or, better yet, lend me the kindle version please!

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

Is there a setting on the Marvel app to get rid of whatever age restriction they have? Seems so odd that I can't download Alias into the Marvel app, only the Comixology one.

Also, any easy way to input the digital codes from the actual Marvel comics? I've been buying all the Secret Wars minis, and figured I'd go ahead and input them all before I forget and they all expire, but man what a hassle. Do those show up in comixology as well, or only Marvel?

I'm not sure if the age setting is in the Marvel app, sounds more like it'd be on the web.

They show up in both; and yes, they are a pain to enter.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

Comixology support on twitter just confirmed for me that not all books carry over, only the ones that have a "Kindle & Comixology" notation on their page, like so:

Requesting a refund now.

^ Well that's quite messed up of them to include the 'Comixology Match' logo right in the description of the book you bought without clarifying the details. I've read that they are working on converting more and more over to 'dual citizenship', so perhaps that Krampus book will change someday.

They're probably not in a hurry to do that one because of how large the price difference is.

If you mean the little blurb below the description and above the "Frequently bought together" section, that appears to just be a rotating ad, not specific to the page you're on. I just did a hard refresh of the page and now there's a thing about Star Wars: Shattered Empire there.

Doh! Yep, just an ad. Darn. I was hoping to be able to get that book cheaper. Looking forward to seeing the film.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

I didn't realize many Amazon purchases were cross-compatible with Comixology now. I had wanted the Avatar the Last Airbender collections, and it pained me that the Kindle versions were all a few dollars cheaper than on Comixology. I tested the Kindle app and found it unusable for comics since you couldn't zoom or rotate. I just checked, and the Avatar collections are now cross-compatible, but Amazon has jacked up the prices to make them nearly identical to Comixology. Grrrr.....

The Star Wars collection sale has some epic deals, especially the $3.99 ~20 issue Legacy and Crimson Empire collections... I'm half tempted to buy those again.

I picked up the Timothy Zahn & Dark Empire Trilogies and the Crimson Empire Saga books even though I have them on Dark Horse because those all contain a large number of books (Zahn - 18, Dark Empire - 15, Crimson Empire - 23) so...
1) These books are a steal at $4
2) The arcs are in one easy to read, self contained volume. On DH Digital, they were all separate issues.

I don't get why Crimson Empire retails for 15 bucks. Is that a mistake?
