No kidding. Although, even if Bagley isn't exclusive to Marvel anymore, I kinda thought his name was synonymous with the company these days.

Question 5: Name a Silver Age Marvel character

Look at all those Silver Age Marvel characters? Which one did you pick? More importantly, which one did everyone else pick?

Re: Comic Book Sheep is here!

Argh... more nerds here than I thought. I was thinking Superman for the first answer, but I put him for JLA founder (even though in current continuity he wasn't technically a founder... or was he? I'm confused), so I didn't want to put him twice, and I wasn't sure how many would consider him a GA character.

Also, I thought people would have a more modern tint to their answers, so I put JRJr instead of Sr. or Ditko (and I didn't use a google Image search... though I wish others had). I also thought Bagley, who drew Amazing for so long and then Ultimate Spidey forever, would've gotten more votes.

Re: Comic Book Sheep is here!

Let's see how stong your geek-fu is when it comes to Question 5

The Amazing Spider-Man (21): JasonF, Meatwad's Ghost, MHepburn20, fujishig, Trevor, Rockmjd23, Nick Danger, dvdhook, Captain Marvel, MBoyd, brianluvdvd, The Bus, Palaver, maxfisher, RKilgore, Mordred, Prepper, Bandit03, fumanstan, Hokeyboy, Lokimok
The Invincible Iron Man (2): dadaluholla, ivelostr2
The Incredible Hulk (0): davidh777
Captain America (0): reverie
Kamandi (0): burnside986

I didn't deduct points from those of you who said "Spiderman" even though the character has a hyphen in his name. But what I really want to know is how Captain America managed to escape the Silver Age without getting one of Stan Lee's patented adjectives.

Not last! (and even if I got the Golden Age answer wrong with Spidey, at least I knew to hyphenate his name ).

Oh crud, Captain America! I think I'm going to get destroyed on Question 10 now. I really should've taken more time answering the questions...

Phew, I was going to put Maggot or Dr. Reyes or Mimic, but changed my answer at the last moment to Wolverine.

So my only sort of interested in comic books roommate is now officially beating me. She's following along in the thread and wanted to let me know. She literally has read Fables and that's about it. Shame!

Turn in your geek card immediately. Then go out and score lots of babes, make truckloads of cash, and wield immense power and influence that actually makes a difference in society.

You are no longer one of the self-important nerdlings of the Internet!!

Wait until she gets to the "Name a Vertigo title" question.

Question 7: Name a member of the Legion of Superheroes

They're superheroes and they're in the future. What's not to love?

Re: Comic Book Sheep is here!

I actually think I kept overthinking the questions. Superboy and Supergirl didn't count as members in my head. I hope they aren't number 1 and 2
