I saw the B&W version of that cover on Newsarama last week, and it looked so badass in B&W that a part of me thought that it was going to be the actual cover.
Like b2k said, it's for What If? Planet Hulk, where one of the stories will be "What if Hulk died, but Caiera Lived?".

So, I'm studying the image and I can't seem to figure it out. The hand that's holding Mr. Fantastic doesn't look right. I can't seem to zoom in to see it closely, but it's almost as if Reed's body doesn't actually go into her hand.
I know, I know. This is what happens when you scrutinize art. But I like the image so much, I was just soaking it all in.

I also loved the cover and *almost!* preordered it, but those What If comics have been disappointing. And I haven't read Planet Hulk yet (the hardcover is calling my name but I keep right on playing Resident Evil 4 - Wii Edition).

that character is what sets off the hulk to coming back to earth in the regular series.
might be an interesting what if.
