Some cheap Marvel Masterworks...
I wasn't aware that Marvel published any Masterworks in softcover, but they did---I think maybe it was an exclusive deal with Barnes and Noble for a few titles?
I got the three bargain volumes here for $4.48 each:

---the only "problem" with them was a price sticker that peeled off rather easily. If you like these titles and don't mind softcover, I thought it was a great deal, and thought I'd pass it along.

That is a good deal. If I wasn't saving money to buy the Omnibus books, I would have picked those up. I think it might be good to have a sticky thread for comic book related deals such as this. We could probably even use it to replace the exchange thread which really is going nowhere.

But I think we should keep the exchange thread. Sure, it is not moving now, but maybe someday....

Yes, these were called Barnes & Noble Editions. I picked up Spider-Man 1-4, Uncanny X-Men 1-2, and FF 1 but never found any others. 12.95, color, glossy paper--great stuff.
