So this has been on my wall for like a decade. The cover is tattered and loose but the pages on the inside are all still in god condition with good color
think it is worth anything?
If not, I was thinking of just scanning the pages and putting them up or something

Probably $6-$12. But for something to have on your wall, it wouldn't be worth ever getting rid of. That is classic stuff.
