Traditionally, chat about comic books, as well as about regular books, belongs in Book Talk.
YMMV, but it doesn't seem like rocket science to me. There's certainly no need to take the Johah Hex thread off-topic, especially as anOther mod has moved it here.
If anyone wants to petition for Comic Talk (sub?) forum methinks that might be something to raise in Feedback.
