One thing that ordering 3 months in advance shows you more than week-by-week is how late some books can get. I still have 3 books from last month that haven't been released yet.

What about Red Sonja? Haven't they solicited through issue 4 or 5 and #1 hasn't shipped yet. Gotta love that.
Say, how does DCBS handle multiple covers? Do you get to pick which one you get?

About the only thing that would've helped All-Star #2 for me would of been my getting the Miller cover over the Lee one.

Marvel Team-Up continues to kick major ass though. I love that I get all the mainline Marvel I need out of New Avengers, Astonishing X-Men, Marvel Team-Up, and Captain America(I don't count Young Avengers or Runaways as mainline marvel, but they're awesome reads too). Between his appearance in Waids FF and his current cameo's in New Avengers and Team-Up, I can safely say I am finally a fan of Dr. Strange.

Awful dialogue? His "stalking" Robin? Calling him retarded? No.

I did laugh when I read the "Nuts? You want to see nuts, kid? I'll show you nuts." when reading it. Just because of the underlying homoerotic stigma that have plagued Batman & Robin since the 70's show.

I just placed my first DCBS order and I think I already messed up. I clicked Bags/Boards for each comic, but I assumed it would update for me so I would get the appropriate number. Instead, after I clicked confirm, I realized the total was still set to one. Does that mean I'm only getting one bag/board?

I think I did, actually. I finalized the sale and it still only read 50 cents (I go the mylar route).
I read the first 15 pages or so of Identity Crisis last night and man oh man, this is one great story. I can't wait to read the rest.

Even if you did mess up, they're very fast at fixing things when you email them. I've even added a book or two to a month-old order with no problems.

Yay! I just found out that Marvel is doing a hardcover reprinting Kirby's Eternals series in preparation for a new Eternals series written by Neil Gaiman! I'm double happy!

Double happy? Now that's happy.
Anyone else struggling with finding room for their graphic novels, trades, or monthlies? I've been selling off comics lately, so my short boxes are doing fine for now, but I'm officially out of shelf space for my graphic novels.
While I was trying to arrange them yesterday to make room, I've realized that my reasoning for buying trades has never come to pass. I told myself that I could read the stories a lot easier in trade format because my monthlies are stored in bags in a box, but the trades are right there on the shelf to be taken down at any time. Now, however, I find myself buying more and more each week, and I never have time to actually re-read the ones I already own. And now I'm out of room. Argh!

It's much, much worse if you're into manga.
