I picked up Felon #4 a few weeks ago. I sat down to read it and to my dismay, it's in black and white. That certainly isn't a problem for me, however the first three issues were in color. So did I get a bootleg? Is there some "artistic" reason for this? Does anyone know? I sure as heck don't.

Mine was in black & white too. Someone speculated that it was to keep costs down...it is rather distracting though, to have the first three issues in color and then <wham!> black & white.
