I really enjoyed Room, but the second half pales in comparison to the first.

Re: What are you reading? (October 2010)

I've been re-reading old Stephen King books that I hadn't read since middle school. Just read "Firestarter" and "The Body" from Different Seasons. Think I'll move on to "Christine". Also reading Bukowski's "Roominghouse Madrigals".

Re: What are you reading? (October 2010)

I'm really trying to enjoy Pride and Prejudice with Zombies - but even with all the zombie carnage, I find all the rest a bit dull and tedious. All the Jane Austen dialogue and characterization is bringing all those bad high school English class memories to resurface - I hated English class with a passion - reading crap I had no interest and still have no interest in.

I didn't care too much for this one. Thought the pacing was slow and it didn't really pick up until midway through. His "Infected" on the other hand, was creative, humorous and fast paced. I haven't read "Contagious" yet.

I'll read any post-apocalypse-type book, even a teen one.

Re: What are you reading? (October 2010)

Coworker told me I had to read this and I'm almost done. If you love animals this is a must read-

Next after that-

Then onto-

And then I'll start these books since the woman at our local bookstore said I had to read these-
