I heard that his methods work well, but then I saw him on a TV special that completely discredited the man, IMO. He was weird and awkward, and the methods he was trying to demonstrate were creepy, strange, and delivered with no confidence. I'm sure there are some decent pointers in the book but I don't trust the man.

Started reading this recently after hearing him talk about the book on Stern. So far it's a pretty entertaining read.

I read it when it was first released. It's definitely an entertaining read and it is more autobiographical than instructional. But I think that anyone reading it can figure out the methods he employs. He lays it all out about the rules and then demonstrates them in action.
