Re: What are you reading? (May 2009)

Just finished the Kim Harrison book - White Witch, Black Curse.

Now I have the aforementioned Rock, Paper, Scissors in my bag. So far it is excellent.

Re: What are you reading? (May 2009)

Just finished 8th Confession, and now plan to start:

This is my first Palahniuk book, so aside from some pretty good word of mouth, I am not sure what to expect.

Re: What are you reading? (May 2009)

My girlfriend finally convinced me to read this one during our trip to a local used book store today. About a third of the way through it already.

Assuming I finish it up soon, I already have my next book in mind

Re: What are you reading? (May 2009)

Gave up on Pygmy for now because I just can't make it through with that writing style. If I start to hear some positive reviews, I might try again, but for now I am moving on to some other books.

Just finished Dan Brown's Angels & Demons on Sunday night.

Then I made the mistake of seeing the movie Monday night.

A nice read but I had to give up on it about halfway through. There just wasn't enough happening for me to turn the page.

Yes, I pick an author and mine him/her till I'm sick of them.

I need to revisit On a Pale Horse and the rest of the Incarnations series.
