HCC published 2 books in each of its first 3 months, and published 12 books over the course of its first year.

It's very tough going for small publishers. Always has been. But I was hoping that HCC's relationship with Dorchester would shield them from some of these problems.

Charles is a smart guy, though, so I'm sure he has more than one trick up his sleeve, especially if he can return the overall quality of the books to what it was in the first few years. (Although it pains me to say it, I think there's been a little slippage of late.)
