Still reading Trojan Odyssey by Clive Cussler. I am going to go pick up Scarecrow by Matt Reilly tomorrow!!(Been waiting for this to come out in paperback for a while now)

Have been reading through the Harry Potter books again. About half way through Order of the Phoenix.
The on to The Half Blood Prince.
After that I have The Historian ordered from Amazon and will probably pick up the new Nick Hornby novel next.

I did read 1776 -- that's actually what got me started on this kick. I was at an airport a few months ago with nothing to read, so I picked it up. Ever since, I've been devouring founding-era history books.
I'll look for Washington's Crossing. I also need to get my hands on a copy of McCullough's bio of John Adams from a few years ago.

DVD Talk Hall of Fame
Just started reading The Illuminatus Trilogy last night. It seems like it's going to be the perfect book for me. I like Sci-F and Fantasyi, especially when sprinkled with a bit of humor, and I love conspiracy theories. Not in a tin-foil hat kind of way, I just love the concept of secret societies and massive cover-ups and such. I'm only about 25 pages in so far, but it's looking pretty good.

Got about half way through it down the shore this weekend. Great beach reading, highly recommended if for anyone who likes a book like Jaws or Jurassic Park.

I'm STILL working on The Historian. This book turned out to be quite boring and uneventful (at least in the first 500 pages...). On deck I have Ilium by Dan Simmons. After that I have to re-read A Storm of Swords before A Feast For Crows comes out in November.
