Hi all. Kinda new around here and this has probably been discussed before but does anyone know of a search engine similar to dvdpricesearch.com but just for books?

Thanks for any info.

There was an interesting selection of posts on "book-sourcing" in this long-lived thread:

It was referred to in the second post - and various times afterwards - in the thread I've cited. Lots of interesting info there; especially Startides's comprehensive post.

For UK-based readers, this weekend I (re?)discovered the following site which seeks out the best deal for you and is especially good when you have a shopping list: http://www.bookkoob.co.uk/advanced/

bookfinder.com is a really useful one that also searches abebooks, etc.

Bookfinder.com

I agree. Bookfinder.com searches all the other search engines so you don't have to look all over the place for the best price.
