Essential Iris Murdoch

I just picked up a bunch of books from Amazon, one of which was The Sea, The Sea by Iris Murdoch. I heard this was good place to start with her. Can anyone suggest anything else?

"Essential" is kind of a sticky concept. I've read Under the Net and A Severed Head and can recommend those both, highly.

I've only read Under the Net but have been meaning to read more Murdoch ever sense.
