Yeah, I was going to mention S2 has a larger case. I looked at the seasons again, and S2 has 25 episodes versus the usual ~20, so I think the extra disc (this is a 7-disc set) was needed. Good thing, as I know studios LOVE to compress episodes on discs if one season is larger. Haven't watched the seasons just yet from the sets but since Fox decided to add the extra disc, this is a good sign they took more care with this presentation. At least I hope, anyway.

After the November 2014 flash sale, I don't recall FoxConnect having another one until February or March 2015, so the next flash sale might not arrive until early 2016.

Got my X-Files, too...except they left out Season 8. First thought was that I had accidentally left it off, but it's there on the invoice. I think this happened last year with FoxConnect but could be wrong.
Another phone call or email. Disney has shorted me on the last two shipments, but everybody else has good (except for an unsolicited CD by Target & an odd "return" on a Barnes & Noble order which I never received...although I did get an entirely different ordered item with an invoice with a different customer's info. and an indication that the customer had returned it to BN).
Polizei, were all of your X-Files sets identical in format (size)? My Season 2 was in a case twice as big as the others...along the lines of a UK/Region 2 case, although there were no "region markings" (those ugly octagonal "stamps" that mar the art), just a thick case.

They should. Their 50% off sales come about once per quarter and occasionally again during the period from BF-Christmas for a ~5 times per year. I've picked up several series piece meal by snagging a few seasons per sale.
