I think that's the problem. It's not actually considered a Sears/Kmart item, so the surprise points don't apply.

Nope, that's not the problem, I figured it out. Even though my points don't specify a minimum, it doesn't actually kick in until I have $20 worth in my cart. Of course, everytime I tried a non-BD, I just put the first thing I saw in my cart that was over $10, and it was always way more than $20 :P

It's annoying that it's not specifying the actually minimum.

Not sure what's gonna happen here. Since my order was a pre-order, the $3 Personal Shopper bonus points expired on the 26th (I forgot about that). The Sears order still shows $11.xx in points redeemed, but my shopyourway account shows the order with NO points redeemed. None of the points were deducted from my account (they were when I placed the order, however all but $3 have since returned). So what happens when the order ships? Has anyone ever had a scenario like this before?

I have heard of people over at SD complain because their pre-order got canceled by ordering games months in advanced using points. Not sure if the points used had expired by the time it shipped, but I have seen a couple of people say it is not worth pre-ordering from Kmart as it always gets canceled. Not sure what will happen here as I have not tried pre-ordering anything from them.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll find out soon enough. If it gets canceled, so be it. The Interview is gonna be cheap everywhere. I was mainly just trying to use my free points. I'll post the results once I find out... I just hope they don't charge my c/c for the full amount... If they do, I'll refuse the package.

Anyone still getting any good deals at Sears/Kmart? I don't know if it's connected, but I don't get nearly the free SYWR credit I did when my local store was open. Out of the blue, I received a $7 surprise points e-mail a few days ago. Visited a location about 20 minutes away and picked up the Jurassic Park steelbook (normally $14.99, on sale for $9.99) for $2.99+tax.

I remember to check every two weeks or so, but I haven't had any surprise points in months.

I got $10 in surprise points with no strings attached last week, and $7 on a $25 toy purchase today.

I have nothing but trouble trying to use the points. They either don't apply or don't show up when I put movies in my cart.

I checked my Sears account, and I have $100 in points expiring next week from a Samsung Tab S purchase I made a year ago.
