Saw a new tag that was printed today for The Dick Van Dyke Show. Same deal, $119.99, tax on $152.99, now through 1/6/13. Saw the sign, but no sets. Luckily, I already got mine.

BTW, most of the rebate titles at my store are gone. Must have been a madhouse on Monday.

In what seemed like a form of Divine intervention I received a $33 discount on my Twilight Zone blu collection upon checkout. Thanks guys! :D

Did you buy it on the 27th? If so, perhaps, as with Dick Van Dyke, the rebates are good thru 1/6/13. Most of the titles, except maybe Harry Potter and Lawrence, are sold out at my store anyway.

Everything was back to normal today. No box sets from the holidays, no discount tags, etc.

That pretty much varies store by store. My Costco had copies of Dick van Dyke and Twilight Zone with signs saying the $120 price was good until 1/6. Also several copies of Lawrence of Arabia and Harry Potter 8 film set but with no signs, those those instant offs may be over. People are returning stuff so if your store did not have something it may turn up in the next several days. One odd thing I saw was the Warner Gangster set Volume 1 had stickers saying it was now about $48 instead of $13. There were about 4 of these sets out. While possible some old sets were returned, it seemed odd that there would be four of them. The other $12.99 sets such as Natalie Wood and Tracy and Hepburn were still $12.99
