That's because Godzilla was terrible. Want to see Amazon get DDoSed? Check back for Lego Movie and especially Frozen, which will make the Brave tsunami a couple of years ago look like a splash.

Disagree about Godizilla, but the Lego movie will definitely be gone within seconds if it is $8 or below.

So I see that Amazon changed being able to put an item in your cart before the lightning deal starts and the cart will do a price adjustment when it does start. You actually have to hit the add to cart when the lightning deal is active.

Yeah.. Amazon acted an ass for me with Godzilla. Somehow STOLE Fargo after forgetting about it and finding myself on the wait list.

I'm afraid that pre-placing Lego Movie in my cart is going to screw something up with the LD and by the time I sort it, the deal will have expired.

EDIT: After adding the LD copy, the cart showed one at $3.99 and one at $17.97, so I dunno what the people talking about pre-placing were talking about.
