Saw BDs for High Voltage, The Eyes of My Mother, What Planet Are You From?, Frenzy, The Signal and Merantau. This batch was loaded with Magnet/Magnolia label titles.

If i can get combo dvd and blu rays then i might snag any but if no interest for teh movie really i just skip. i just not always sure if workers by chance snag all combos by chance or they call friends or family to say when they come in so they rush over and snag any good combos by chance. i just wish i knew they was getting any new box in to get there ahead of time and snag any gold before all combos gone by chance. i have so much so far it just sux if others get first dibs and snag most gold ahead u lol.

The Dollar Tree B&Ms in & around the town I moved to don't normally have anything interesting, so I decided to visit a few about 15-25 minutes outside of town.

Has anyone else seen Barry Munday or Taboo S1 on BluRay at Dollar Tree? Would loved to have found those two. I've seen them both on DVD during a few of the hauls, but never on Blu.

Taboo Season One on Blu-ray has been widely reported at Dollar Tree, though I've only seen it a couple times in my adventures. I remember it widely being carried at Walmart upon release, which caught me by surprise. It was a show on FX that never got huge ratings.

Found a BD copy of a title called 'High Voltage' with David arquette. Amazon's reviews were 4 stars, came home to note the reviews were for a Carole Lombard movie. Read reviews instead on iMdB and needless to say.....😁

I picked up Taboo S1 on Blu-ray this time around. I had found it on DVD earlier and bought it, because I enjoyed watching it. But I'm glad I found it on BLU. Now I'll give the DVD copy to a friend.

Last i thought we might get new shipment was same stuff so guess i was in a wave of get none while others got any by chance. its like they send to certain stores one time and skip otehrs and then vice versa to other place the next shipment. i just wonder if some stores get alot but traffic not know cause not check and media just pile up lol. not sure if traffic know of media cause had to show others any since they had no clue dt got movies and all. i have plenty so i just try save for next wave lol.

Was at DT earlier today & spotted a new shipment of movies out. The floor date indicated on the boxes was 9/25.

Yea, i was told they to be having next fri but guess stores dont really go by street date and just stock anytime before hand. so gotta score the gold while u can before the date cause later all gold might be gone so to speak. may check mine later cause i can guess it gonna be picked over before i get chance go any . i just have to hope still any good stuff cause as anytime most blu rays are gone but have seen some before but no combos i want any really. so all can do is hope for best any.

Local store put them out this morning.
6 boxes of DVD's (almost full) and one half picked-over box of Blu's. I'd hoped to find the Barry Munday blu, but no luck.
Some of the more interesting titles I recall on DVD The Miseducation of Cameron Post, Magic Mike XXL, a season set of The Rifleman, and three CBS Christmas DVD's (I Love Lucy colourized, The Andy Griffith Show colourized and The Honeymooners).
On Blu: Carrie, The Road Warrior, Killer Klowns From Outer Space, and a Clint Eastwood twofer (Dirty Harry + Magnum Force).

I only ended up getting 2 DVD's:

Was on my way home after a week in the boonies Sunday morning & figured I'd stop in a store that normally puts their stock out early & check out their leftovers. Well, since there were no movies either up in front or in electronics, I located an employee & questioned him about it. Long story short, they had 6 boxes buried in the stock room but no room on the floor to display them, Fortunately he dug out 2 boxes for me to look at. Luckily, 1 was full of BD's.

Wow, boxes buried in back cause no space to stck any? why they do got no space in tech area or was not able do setup in front? i sen some show video they had some or any on endcaps by chance. and to see box picked over means workers know of media come in anytime so they make sure to score and or their friends by chance before they stock out any by chance. not saying all stores do that but not be shocked if some or many do that anytime. as long as they dont take like all copies of one just to resell then np. i would call mine but can guess they already out if got any by chance and already picked over lol. but i do or have scored some good by chance but if none i real want i just make sure get a any real needs so save trip doing any more stops on ways home. so i do hope i can score some gold by chance for real - take all funds i can to make snag a nice bag full lol. i just have a mind set to not expect a lot knowing what i know then by chance i score some gold any at time. so no waste calling and just go and see what can get at time.

Not one store in my area has put this latest wave out so far.

I've been wanting to check that out. I remember seeing it for 3.99 or 4.99 somewhere and almost bought it then.

Update: Sadly, I went to the Dollar Tree that normally has the better selection of discs and they had only 5 total. Maybe one was a bluray. The only one I remember was "Batkid Begins" about that make-a-wish kid. They were all documentaries/non-fiction stuff. I don't think they got this shipment unless "The Dealer" is back. He always cleaned out the other Dollar Tree store near me though, not this one.

So far have not really gone since last visit thinking they might be out early and no luck just old stock. i have read when some stores get others dont for any reason so as far as i can tell it 50/50 chance we get or got any i just gotta fill coinstar to get some funds from change if can and then check my place for any new gold by chance. if any i know if no gold by chance can always treat self to side treats along the way.

Passed by my DT near work today as it was beside the grocery and was surprised that they had a load of DVDs and BLUs in front. They must have put it out a day early. Picked up over 20 BLUs and 10 DVDs.

What titles did you find?

I've seen a little of what's in this batch from other sites and I'm passing this time. Looks roughly like more of the same we've gotten this summer from Dollar Tree.

One of my 2 closest stores had some things out today. Very little of interest that I didn't already own. The only thing I took home was a 2-disc David Blaine special on DVD. There were probably a dozen different BDs.

Went to mine today and still had some old stock and no new that i know of at time. i didnt ask for any new cause i guess many others ask by chance. so i just cruise by and check and just snag any i want at time. but i know anytime i read news of a wave of media it 50/ 50 chance ur store gets any. some go to many around area but i tried that but no car i not wanna waste a walk if can score media at places close by and pay a tad more for good stuff. it just sux when anyone read of media that not all store get at same time. or stuff sits in back until it stocked. street date was 9-25 but by chance no new was out any. if any can recheck and if no new for any reason , then just go biglots and see what can get for a tad more or just save a long walk and go direct bl lol .
