Not necessarily, the hold comes off sometimes gets put back once a month or so until it ships.

I was in fye not long ago and they had a couple versions of the DVD set. They seem to get odd things like this in stock from time to time, so that might be a good place to check.

I have the DVD set--that's quite common, priced around $15. I just wanted the blu-ray. :/
