Went to pick up 'Wakanda Forever' and found these Arrow 4Ks priced at $15.99 - available in store even though online status says unavailable in stores

I was just coming here to post about these, but of those listed, my store only had Mallrats. However, they also had for the same price at this store Hugo, Swamp Thing, and Ghoulies. Well, one of those was $14.99. On the website, those three are all listed as $34.99.

The corrected 12 Monkeys disc says "AV380/V2" at the end of the text going around the outer edge of the disc art. A defective disc would say just "AV380"

I picked up Mallrats a few of the $10 4k Steelbooks.
I saw Hugo but did not buy, believe this is OOP? Added: I'm really out of the loop, I did not realize this was an Arrow release until just now looking on blue-ray....
