You have to start an little higher up in the chain.
Movies and TV front page, then select 4K directly
I think this should get you there thought the site referral links are screwing it up -- 766 items, 300 listed as ON SALE

I was planning on not getting anything, but I ended up getting Batman, Batman Returns, and Batman Forever on 4k For $30.

I did not think I would ever upgrade my Disney BD - but 4K steelbooks at $10 was hard to pass - so got them

Picked up all the $14.99 Marvel 4K steelbooks as well since I only had a couple on BD (iron man 1 / 2)

Thanks to everyone who posted the two deals on two different days

Now hope the $19.99 4K steelbooks drop to $14.99 for a B2G1

Looks like I got an order mix-up, expecting three steelbooks, received a completely different single steelbook. Hopefully I can take care of this in store.

I did in-store pick for a bunch of steelbooks, and mostly they were OK, a couple somehow had the cardboard cover thing bitched up but nothing major. Then as I was opening Thor: Dark World I noticed it had a dent in it, and I opened it up and the case is literally falling apart. I'll definitely be returning that one.

i purchased a Terminator Genisys steel book from a seller on eBay, was still sealed. Opened it and exactly the same thing - the case was broken in two. This is just flimsy reinforced plastic that can barely take a lickin'

I got screwed on one of my buy 2 get 1 free orders. One item was in order was cancelled and so I was charged regular price for the other 2. Tried customer service but got no where. The item wanted is listed now as sold out and new orders can't be placed. Its not like it is OP, it's just popular, the 3rd Chris Pine Star Trek in 4K. Nothing I can do but return 2 discs I received. Will wait a while to return to avoid crowds. Best Buy will not match previous sales prices on new orders so even if the cancelled item were currently available they wouldn't give it to me at the price I originally paid.

I'd try to advance the discussion past the 1st level CSR on this issue. I certainly understand if you cancelled an item that the B2G1 is voided, but if they cancelled it ought to prorated.
If you are Elite or Elite Plus I might try their dedicated phone line or see if they will bump you up to a manager level to get a better shot

The Best Buy Forum mods have at times been helpful though it seems less so than in years past for some reason -- at least they are part of Best Buy direct and not just a Customer Service agency which I'm not sure is BBT dedicated group. If you go the forum route and have read that fourm there are lots of LOUD demanding people there many with at best bogus complaints or user error problems so I do advise calm and patient to get the best response

I did my return and it got worse before it got better. One of the two items returned was originally the free item, which I was charged for, when the 3rd item was cancelled. However in store it still showed as free and they wouldn’t give any money for it. I said forget it and asked them to reverse the return and they said they couldn’t and took the items away. They gave me a number to call their website. Of course today there was a long wait to reach someone but eventually I did while still at the store. After explaining the situation again they asked to speak to the store manager who seemed to imply that I was leaving out information. I gave the online person the number of the return receipt , which showed I got nothing for one of the items. She compared it to her information which showed I was charged. She apologized refunded my money plus an extra $5 for all the time and trouble. She called it a system error. Always remain calm and pleasant and things will work out. Especially if you get a good cs rep.

I've had to call Best Buy's phone reps a couple of different times over the last two Christmases. Both went well...once I actually someone on the line. Their wait times are ridiculous during Christmas.

While they are cheap, I don't know if I really want to own any of them. Most just don't have any replay value.

I got Black Eagle (old Van Damme and Sho Kosugi movie) about a year ago for about $16 and that movie sucks.

The first season of Titans is worth a blind buy at this price. Not perfect for old fans, but nevertheless an interesting take. The best bet on a blind buy is easily Doom Patrol. Off-beat superhero adventures but the show's characters are nicely put together.

The Best Buy B&M closest to where I am now was out of almost every one of the DC BDs that was on-sale, sans Supergirl, Arrow & The Flash.

Managed to find a copy of Chernobyl though, which was awesome, as well as Gremlins (4K) & The Shining (4K) in a 2 for $30 display.
