No need to feel guilty but you may want to go out and buy a lottery ticket since you seem to be on a lucky streak. Besides the odds of wiinning the lottery are much better than those for most of us seeing our orders from this guy.

Thanks, it wouldn't let me post a link. I think that the fact that he filled some orders and keeps telling people that their orders are almost full in order to hold on to the money might satisfy the requirements of fraud. Especially since he has shown no intention of filling any of the orders. If there are enough complaints, they might launch a criminal investigation.
