At Blu-ray.com they say its legit. I ordered with paypal so I can file a claim if there is a problem. I guess the best way to communicate with the guy is through twitter.

Might be experiencing some delays. According to their facebook

"So how messed up is this....we've had such a HUGE response to our blue underground sale that the grinches at paypal have decided to limit our account access until further review...we've already sent in all paperwork and hopefully the issue will be resolved shortly. As much as I don't want to I might skip this sale.

Some of the Blu-Ray.com members have had good luck with this site, others (because of it only being run by 1 person) haven't had their orders from 2 weeks ago shipped out yet.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago and never got a shipping notice. Sent an e-mail, but I'm not expecting a quick response (if any) based on others experiences. I don't feel I should have to open a Twitter account to get in touch with someone about an order I've already paid for.

People have mentioned that it's one guy and he's swamped due to the holidays. I can sympathize, but maybe if he spent half as much time answering e-mails as he does posting on Twitter, I wouldn't still be in the dark concernng my order status.

I ordered $70 before PayPal lulled out; however I wonder how it is even possible for the seller to profit much from this sale?

Thanks to the OP.

I went for DAUGHTERS OF DARKNESS and DJANGO. I don't care about a long shipping lag as DD corrupted that soul a long time ago and I do mean a long time. PayPal is working again with the site, so I feel protected and just hope the stuff ships.

Thought about some others, but I have BU titles on SD and for most of them I don't feel any need to upgrade to Blu. Much as I appreciate the best presentation possible, with a lot of these films I actually dig the lesser look as it kinda sorta reminds me of my funky grindhouse experiences back in the day.

I wasn't that impressed with Daughters of Darkness, 2 Evil Eyes or The Crazies, but at $10 each I couldn't resist. Also, you can pre-order Night Train Murders for only $10 as well.
