I received my order today. It had an extra copy of 24 season 8 in it. So I will send them an email and see what to do with it, since I have no use for a 2nd copy.

The last time I tried to be helpful and return something extra I got in an online order, it turned out to be nothing but trouble. After that, I now just keep whatever I'm incorrectly sent.

They do make it difficult to do the right thing. I had a similar experience with Columbia House.

Is that so? I am one that if I get something extra by mistake I try and return it, since didn't pay for it. I have had places in the past just tell me to keep whatever the item was since it was just a few dollars.

However, if it will just turn into a mess... It seems like it would be simple to just email a return address paper with it being prepaid.

I had Best Buy send me someone else's order once, his order inside, but my name on the box. I called them to reship my order, then I gave them the order number that was sent to me by mistake. They told me that they would not give me a shipping label,that I would have to trust them that they would refund my shipping costs when they received the order back. I told them that I didn't trust that they would be able to handle that since I would be returning someone else's order. Then they said that they would just bill me for his order to make sure that I would return it. I about blew my lid. I ended up calling corporate and they handled it without issue.

All 3 of my Fox Connect orders were charged to my CC a few days ago but I still haven't gotten any shipping notices. I've also not seen anyone post that Fox Connect canceled their orders, so I'm hopeful they'll show up one of these days.

I paid through Amazon and just got an email saying they canceled the order at my request. I never requested it to be canceled. I should have just paid through their website.

My box came yesterday in the mail- terrific deal!

I think I made the mistake of ordering a pre-order with one of my orders. Who knows when I'll get that, maybe sometime February.

Just got my order of Modern Family S1&S2 today. One week after I ordered it. Not bad.

Received my order today. Then I received a shipping confirmation email. Then I received another one. The charge still hasn't cleared.

See if you can select separate shipping options in your account of the order, instead of "ship my items in all one order" or something to that effect.

I received by order (Stargate Universe Season 1 blu, Modern Family Season 1 and 2 blu, Prison Break Final Break dvd) yesterday. Came exactly a week after ordering. Very good deal.

I got my orders yesterday. Not impressed with the packaging. And one of my item was crushed pretty good. Otherwise it was a good price.

Received my shipment today. Packaging was definitely not good. Just a one-layer cardboard custom-cut around the box sets (Bones S4-S6). Would have preferred a larger box with just paper in it, but after looking over the sets, they are ok. Luckily.

received all 10 orders I placed. They arrive Thurs and Fri of last week. The only gripe I have is Simpsons S7,8,9 were NOT the Limited Edition packaging that was on their website. All were in boxes and arrived via UPS.

Still waiting for it for 6 of the 7 items.

I did a 2nd order within 24 hours of the 1st through Fox Connect.Received it already.
So yeah,next time I'm going through their site on all orders.I'll have to double check tomorrow,and make sure nothing was a pre-order.

Got my order yesterday too, including the Vol. 6 of Futurama that was only released yesterday (so they must have mailed it before release day) which I assume was the cause of the month long delay. Nice deal!
