^ At least it lasted alot longer than BTTF trilogy last year. I imagine Pulp Fiction will go faster.

Are they adding more stock? I looked and saw only 93% claimed and picked one up.

Weird, and now it says 100% claimed.

I think so. It didn't go OOS until the 8-minute mark for me.

Not sure, I order it on my Razr then made my post on my computer (see the edit). Could have been just timing. In anycase it still was going in less then 3 mins.

Question for those with the Amazon app and the Deals app for the iPhone. Am I just blind or is the movies and tv category/department not listed under the Black Friday deal categories?

I wanted to pick a couple things up while I'm at work tomorrow and I won't be near my computer.

If you're in no rush to get movies though, doesn't it make sense to get a $1 even if you may not use it?

I figure it makes it easy to get some one off singles from Amazon for fun.

I actually bought the Bourne Trilogy too quickly... I don't need it right away and was fine with waiting, but it checked out with 2 day shipping. So I cancelled and rebought, since the shipment change page didn't make any mention of the credit. I also read the terms and conditions and didn't see anything about maximum credits.

I usually try to batch my orders, in part because I don't like to waste and in part because my mail room already thinks I'm crazy with the volume of packages I get.

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST Criterion deal must be over or I can't find it. Either way,

PSYCHO is down to $12.99, but I still think it will go cheaper at some point.

I may be in for LICENCE TO KILL at $9.99 though as that is one Bond Blu that never seems to go down much.

Saving Private Ryan at $13.99 as a lightening deal ... leaves me cold.

Agreed. According to camelcamelcamel, it was $12.99 on August 1st. I was hoping for $8.99 or less.

Yes, that price drop didn't last long. It might have been a mistake.

Can you stack those $1 song credits? Can I choose slower shipping 10 different times and buy a whole album for free or are they only good once per pruchase or once per account? I just got my first and am not sure if I want to keep getting them.

BatB at $11.99 is indeed history. They raised the price at least a few hours ago.

Saving Private Ryan was a lightning deal last year also. If memory serves, the price was $9.99.

I'm looking, but I cannot find it for that price at BB. Am I missing something?

Edit: I see what you're talking about now, must have missed that thread somehow. Thanks for the heads-up!

Of interest to me is Harry Potter 7 part II Friday morning. Since BB has it as a door buster for $9.99, I am hoping that will be Amazon's price (although they have the movie only version listed and BB has the two disc, so it's hard to say).

^ Thanks, Lizard. It's ironic, cuz maybe 5 minutes before you posted that, I spent 10 minutes going back page by page trying to find that link again. DOH!

I have a Droid Razr and a DroidX not a iPhone. My info is about those. I do have the Amazon app and only use it when I know what I want or need to scan a bar code. From there I just add, check out in most case and I done in less time then it takes to read this.

On these deals I used Firefox not the app (same with some of my post for this site that is why you see miss spelling or odd post). I was able to hit the buy it on the crow, pay for it, etc again about the same time it takes to read this. All way cooking.

Buy doing this I get close to everything I want, sometimes I am never at my computer.

This has very little to do with waste on my part. I have prime, I see something I put it in my cart and pay for it. There are times they ship it in one box, that is ok by me. It's easier for me to do it like this then to put a item in my cart and have to remember to checkout later. There are times I am doing something and put the phone down and come back a hour or two later.
