Spotted 'In Time' at my local BL for $5, definitely a movie worth owning for repeated viewing. !27 Hours also, not sure I could watch that more than once. The movie Rocky in some sort of fold out, not sure exactly what it was.

I saw these for $5 at my local BL. (Also saw a $3 copy of Meet Dave, which I snagged). I would probably have gotten WYN and The Rebound, for $3, if I could find them, but it's not worth going to another BL looking for them. BL price consistency -- you gotta love it!

The best find was The Sessions on BD for 3$. You can check out a fantastic movie and helen hunt for a bargain.

It would probably sell-out at Big Lots if everyone knew Helen Hunt does a complete nude scene in the film. She plays a sex therapist for a crippled man.

Hit the local BL yesterday. Probably 50 or so blu's, but no The Sessions.

They did have a bunch of overpriced Breaking Bads left even after the sale though. I'd probably bite on BB @ $8.

Possibly they've been out for a while, though the word JULY showed up on the receipt for each title.

Another thing that made it interesting is that I only recall 1 copy of each of the above. I've seen many copies of the $5 BDs.

splurged $5 (didnt want to but..) on the original Sony release of 'Anaconda' just for the TrueHD track that the Mill Creek re-release drops. Subtitles are another miss on the Mill Creek.

The BL near me got the $3 blu's today. I picked up The Sessions on the prior recommendation of Helen Hunt sans clothing. Just started it. My Oppo will play it, but I've never seen so many java copy guards in my life. It took over 2 minutes to get to the film after inserting the disc.

The only other blu possibly worth mentioning was a film that looked interesting, but that I've never heard of, "A Late Quartet"; a drama about classical music.

It's a fine ensemble drama about the four members of a string quartet. A Late Quartet is a quiet, serious piece on adult friendships. Recommended for the turns by Christopher Walken and Philip Seymour Hoffman, or if you have an interest in the world of chamber music.

I guess I finally came across this new batch before the resellers had snapped up everything. I also saw a few other ones like Casino Jack and What's Your Number in the selection. It was on a waterfall display.

The one store I visited only had DVD copies of this assortment. I highly recommend Two Lovers if you can find it.

I'm in SoCal and I have not seen those 4 titles. I have seen other Magnolia Home Entertainment titles recently such as The Perfect Host.
