I never get those emails. I only get the "This Week's Recommendations" ones. I wonder how they decide who gets one? If anyone doesn't want to use their code I'd be happy to use it for you.

It seems like there's two sets of coupons going out, ones that start DEC11... -- those are $5, no minimum -- and those that start THX11..., which require a $30 minimum purchase.

How is DD still having problems with their cart and checkout process?

For months I haven't been able to check out because I get a "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred" message at some point in the process.

I wasn't able to get anything ordered during their bi-annual sale, and now I get these $5 coupons and I can't even put the code in.

Looks like their facebook page is full of people with the same issue.

Are people here actually getting orders placed?

I've had this problem with them before (though I have gotten the cart to work a couple of times). But I definitely had this issue today. I spent almost two hours getting that same message, and now two items that I've been trying to order went way up in price. My Cart total was $32.08 w/o coupon, but now it's $57.91 w/o coupon for the same 5 items.

I'm definitely not paying almost $26 more. I sent an e-mail to Customer Service earlier, hopefully they'll be in a helpful mood.

You might want to try switching to a different browser. I had this problem too a couple years back and I think that's how I got around it. Either that or I had to change some settings in regards to cookies, clearing out the cache, etc.
