I got delivery confirmations for 2 of my orders. The third one, Seven, they said was out of stock and I would have to wait. How long is the usual wait for their stuff to get back into stock?

Yep. It is near impossible to open those stupid vacumm sealed, adhesive packages and not shred the shrink wrap right off the DVD. It happened to me again with this last order. If anyone has any plans to resell new DVDs from DD, you may as well forget about it.

I got a few Blu-rays from DD in those vacuum sealed bubble envelopes and I had no problems with them at all. I just pulled the envelope apart.

They're definitely a pain in the ass, but I just use a box cutter to cut around the shape of the case and then peel one side of the mailer away. Sharp knives are key.

Two of my orders arrived in the past two days. Very good service by Deep Discount. I got one of the dreaded vacuum sealed bubble envelopes on one of my BD however. It took me a while to open the darn thing. I can't really complain too much about receiving a pre order 10 days before the drop date.

I'm still waiting on my Dorm That Dripped Blood that was shipped on the 13th. I checked the tracking link and it says DHL dropped it off at my local post office on the 15th, so I don't know what is going on with that. The email did say estimated date of 10/22-27, so I guess I have to wait another week before asking them what is going on.

Actually, my Frankenhooker preorder was the one that shipped out on the 13th. My other order, The Dorm That Dripped Blood, which was in stock when I ordered it has no sign of being shipped out. Still have no idea what is going on or where either thing is at.

According to the shipping notice, they charged me the full $10.99. I placed one previous order with the $5 coupon under a different email which went through fine. Was anyone who placed multiple orders successful? Under what company name do orders from DD appear on bank statements?

Just got the shipping notice for 12 Angry Men, so I just might get it close to it's street date next week.
Ironically, I was able to get in on the 50% off pre-orders at B&N for titles that fell outside the sale date, so I kind of wasted the $5 coupon here. Better safe than sorry though, I guess.

I received one as well, but mine wasn't blank. Bottom line, coupon code is supposed to be one-time use, good for orders more than $30 and expires Dec. 4.
