I tried to use my $10 coupon on Robin Hood (blu). It showed the $10 deducted until the final screen (making it $8). Checking my order now shows it never came off and my order shows the original $18. Wrote customer service, what a pain.

Getting seriously pissed. I ordered on 5/27, and it still shows as "open" - they haven't even shipped the d@mn thing yet!!! NOW I remember why I stopped ordering from them...

Does anyone have a coupon code they didn't use and wouldn't mind sending to me? I found two Blu Rays to get during their sale and thought it would sure help if I saved a little more. I don't know why I didn't get the coupon as I have had a Wish List there for quite awhile. I wonder if my E mail server just decided I didn't need to order from DD ever again and has been blocking all their mails to me.

EDIT: Well, I just wrote them an E mail wondering why I never received a coupon so maybe they will send one before their current sale ends. I hope so as every little bit helps these days.

They send me a $10 code which I used on the "Rubber" Blu for $13.79, and in a shocking surprise, it arrived a few days ago...a full two weeks before its release date!

Yeah, I got the $10 one a few weeks ago and used it on Delicatessen, as it seems like it's never on sale.

I used a $5 off of $25 coupon and it did indeed stack with the 25% off sale.

I just received a $10 off code and picked up The Big Lebowski (Limited Edition) [Blu-ray Book + Digital Copy] for $10.43......good deal.

There are a number of Criterion Blu-ray titles that would be below 50% off with the coupon. The Killing is currently 23.99 or 13.99 after coupon.
