Re: WB insider rewards
I did not get my points back yet in either of my 2 accounts. Still 500 in each. I contacted them on one account, and did not on the other. I think one account had about 800, so I wasn't going to bitch about losing 300, since I did get away with redeeming Casablanca for a HP Ultimate set.

Re: WB insider rewards
Yikes, I missed out on all the ripping off WB and the fallout over it and reading this scared me about losing my legit rewards I had built up but never yet used!
Luckily, I just checked and I still have the 3449 hard-earned points there. I just can't apparently use them at the moment, due to the "Technical Difficulties" the greedy scammers have brought about.

On my wife's account, it still shows 500 points, since I did not contact them. I guess I will now, since the situation on that account was about the same...

Here is the response I just got from WB:
Thank you for your recent inquiry. Our records indicate that your point balance included points generated via a system error with an expired survey promotion. We have adjusted your point balance to allow up to 500 points from this error, which brings your current balance from valid promotions to 500.
The sucky part is I entered a bunch of codes AFTER the whole survey fiasco. I truly think they took more points away than clicks I made, but because they dont have a points history anywhere, I can't look... I definitely didnt abuse it like some people. Oh well...

Re: WB insider rewards
Anyone know what on this green earth is going on with the Insider Rewards website? It's been at least TWO months since I started seeing that "Due to technical difficulties you may not be able to redeem points" message on the site. And if you go to browse the rewards catalog, it's still just blank. What the heck, are they just dedicating no resources to address this?

@TravisSMcClain Hi Travis, we are having some technical difficulties. They should be up soon.

Two weeks later, I tried again:
@TravisSMcClain Hopefully soon!

That's the extent of my interactions with 'em.

Insider Rewards is a joke. I'd advise everyone to just avoid the website.

Re: WB insider rewards
Thanks for the info MinLShaw! Guess I just have to let my points sit there indefinitely. WB doesn't seem to be in a hurry.
Eh, it doesn't cost anything, and if you have a lot of WB titles just gathering dust on your shelf, why not join?

I agree. Plus, they have pretty good customer service for a free program. They had the wrong picture on a DVD I got with my points (so I got the wrong item). They refunded my points no questions asked and let me keep the incorrect item and fixed their listing right away.

Re: WB insider rewards
Problem is they don't say how many points it will take to qualify for a reward--have just over 1500 points now.
Have a bunch of unopened WB titles, but I usually like to wait until I am going to watch the movie before I open it--in case there's a re-release, etc. before I get around to watching and then I can more easily sell off the old version.

I've got 3550, but haven't been able to use them of course. I assume anyone going to see The Dark Knight Rises can send in a photo of their ticket stubs for points too, but I can't seem to find any list of WB movies whose stubs are deemed eligible on their site.

Re: WB insider rewards
So how are they going to do this? Are they going to e-mail you and let you know how to use the points on a WBShop.com item? The reason I'm asking is because my WB Rewards had a different e-mail address than my actual WBShop.com account, so I'm curious how the transfer will work.

Re: WB insider rewards
Someone please help me understand the message from WB. First, I never got around to signing up with WB Insider Rewards and missed all of the great deals. However, I have lots of WB movies some of which may have valid codes. Do the points expire when the digital copy code expires?
Are they saying that up through July 29th they are accepting codes and if you get a certain number of points you can redeem them at WBShop.com, but if you don't have enough points (whatever "enough" is) you just lose them? And after July 29th the program is over and there are no more points?
Could someone give me an idea of how much the average digital copy code is worth so I can see if you should bother signing up at the last minute or not?

2nd = yes
3rd = yes, kinda. I'm taking it as after 7/29 you can no longer enter codes for points.
4th = Can't remember for sure, but I think they usually run around 150 points each(someone feel free to correct this if I am wrong).
